• Plans for Major Capital Expenditure:
  
  Riverview Retirement Home, Montenotte:
  Upgrade of the Residential Home to convert existing offices into residential accommodation. The projected cost is €100k.
  
  Midleton:
  Fit out of premises in Midleton for the purpose accommodating inter-disciplinary teams under the Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People Policy. The projected cost is €475k.


• Non-Executive Governance Board Member Remuneration:
  Members of the Board of Cope Foundation are not staff members, they are voluntary members. They are not paid.
  
  
• Details on a quarterly basis of payments or purchase orders of goods and services of more than €20,000:
  Quarterly basis starting from July 2016 (covering the period April-June 2016).
